Hi, I'm Kailie!

As a therapist who goes to therapy, I know the anxiety of getting started and the value of having done so. As many of us have, I’ve faced my fair share of adversity – from a difficult childhood, to a cancer diagnosis, and learning to live with adult ADHD (and everything in between). It’s easy to feel stressed out, discouraged, lost, to not what to do or where to turn… that’s where I come in!

I understand that life can be a hard and heavy thing to do and know the benefit of having a safe spot to land - to work through hard times, learn to cope, or invest in our self-development. Having been there myself, I strive to provide exactly that for my clients with a down to earth approach and a client-centered spin on evidence-based practices including Neurodiversity-Affirming, Somatic, Dialectical Behavioural, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed therapy and techniques (to name a few)

I have experience working with neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, AUDHD, etc.), trauma, anxiety/stress, interpersonal challenges, self-esteem, and more. Whatever you’re facing, I’m here to listen and work with you to support your wellbeing.

It is important to find a therapist you connect with, which is why I offer a free 15-minute consultation for you to get to know me and my style of therapy. I look forward to meeting you!
