Hi, I'm Vimal!

When we feel lost, disconnected, or unable to find our way back to the parts of ourselves that feel safe and authentic, it can be overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I am passionate about walking alongside my clients to help them rebuild a compassionate, supportive relationship with themselves.

As an empathetic therapeutic companion, I am deeply honored to assist you in the process of learning the language of your inner world—connecting with the most profound parts of yourself to restore a sense of wholeness and connectedness. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, recovering from PTSD, deepening self-awareness, or seeking a greater sense of balance and well-being, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing space where you feel supported as you explore your inner self and work toward meaningful healing and growth.

I incorporate a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which allows me to tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
