Winston Loh
Hi I'm Winston! I am so glad that you are here.
If you’re reading this, you might be struggling with something and wondering if therapy can help. Whether you’re navigating challenges in your relationships, feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, or carrying the weight of stress, pain, or burnout, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I see therapy as a collaborative and meaningful space where we can begin to shift your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and my approach is shaped by both my clinical training and my background as a physiotherapist. I’m also a husband and father, and I understand firsthand the complexity of balancing relationships, expectations, and personal well-being. My work is rooted in helping people deepen their relationship with themselves and others. I approach therapy as a collaborative and reflective process, where we slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and gently explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I aim to create a space that feels thoughtful and grounded, where you can show up honestly, without pressure or judgment.
I have a strong focus on working with couples. Despite our best efforts, we often find ourselves repeating relationship patterns we first learned earlier in life. Together, we work to better understand these cycles, rebuild communication, and reconnect with the care and intention that brought you together in the first place.
I also work with men who may be experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. Many men carry significant pressure to perform and hold things together, often at the cost of their own emotional well-being. In our work together, we focus on building a more sustainable and honest relationship with emotions, identity, and expectations.
In addition, I support individuals living with chronic pain. With over 25 years of experience as a physiotherapist, I bring a deep understanding of the body and pain pathways into therapy. A mind-body approach can open up new ways of understanding and relating to pain, and many people find meaningful shifts through this work.
No matter what you’re facing, it would be an honour to walk alongside you in your healing process.
