I incorporate a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which allows me to tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
