Hi, I'm Hannah!
Pronouns: (She/Her)
Services Offered: Individual + Couples Therapy (Ages 18+), In Person + Virtual Appointments
Insurance Designation: Registered Psychotherapist
My intrinsic desire to work as a therapist blossomed from my deep passion for connecting with others and holding compassion for each person’s unique experience. I firmly believe everyone has the innate capacity to heal, and there is always the opportunity to choose a new path forward.
I work with individuals and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure about how to move forward. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, depression, unresolved trauma, relationship challenges, or a general sense that you’ve lost touch with yourself - I’m here to support you. Together, we will create a space where you can learn, grow, feel supported, reconnect with yourself or your partner, and navigate the challenges that life brings with renewed clarity.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I honour the uniqueness of each individual, and we collaborate to tailor treatment to your particular needs. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck or uncertain about how to make sense of their inner world. With a background in Counselling Psychology and Yoga, my practice integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to help you uncover the patterns that may be holding you back and develop practical tools to use in your daily life.
In our sessions, you can expect an authentic, down-to-earth approach where all parts of you are welcome. And I get it - life can be tough, but it does not have to feel so hard. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your life, more connected to your emotions, more at home in your body, and more connected to yourself and others. I believe deeply in our capacity for growth, resilience and change - even if you’re unsure of how to begin. I offer free 15-minute consultations to help you determine if my services are a good fit. Let’s take the next step together.
