Brooke Willis
Hi, I'm Brooke!
Pronouns: (She/Her)
Services Offered: Individual Therapy (Ages 16+), Virtual Appointments Only
Insurance Designation: Master of Social Work, Registered Social Worker
The world can be a dark and heavy place, and that's why I believe kindness, compassion, and hope are so important. I try to bring all of these values to my practice as a therapist, where I will strive to connect with you by cheering on your personal growth, sitting with you in the dark, and listening to your story. We will work together to help you achieve your goals and gain confidence.
I offer a listening ear, tools and advice, and a safe-place where you can lay it all out and trust that you will be treated with honour and respect. I'm a part-time therapist and part-time mental health crisis responder, so there is no problem too big or too small for you to bring to me. My focus as a therapist has been trauma, abuse, interpersonal relationships, depression, suicide intervention, and services for first responders.
I bring a lot of passion, energy, and wit to my services, and I often have a poetic one-liner up my sleeve. Whatever it is you are going through, I am here to work through it together. If you want to ensure we would be a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. Please contact me to arrange your free consultation.
*Please note Brooke offers Virtual Sessions Only. If you prefer in-person sessions, please see our other therapists who offer in person sessions
