It's great to meet you. I’m a Registered Social Worker and a graduate of the Master of Social Work program at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, where I'm a proud to be part of the Francophone community. I've been working in healthcare and mental health for over 10 years, and I'm truly passionate about helping people on their journey to emotional well-being.
My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply personal. I’ve faced a variety of challenges, from a difficult childhood and complex family dynamics to being diagnosed with adult ADHD. These experiences, along with my own struggles with Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours like skin picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling, have given me a profound empathy for those dealing with similar issues. I understand firsthand how different systems can impact us, and I’m here to help you navigate your own path in a way that feels authentic and supportive.
Creating a safe and inclusive space is at the heart of my practice. I want you to feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. My goal is to empower you to discover your strengths and resilience as you face life’s challenges. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, relationship dynamics, grief and non-death loss, or other life struggles, I’m here to listen, validate, and support you.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other and see if my therapeutic style is the right fit for you. I'm excited to support you on your journey to healing and growth.
